Product details

The Piranha PA-560 is a complete leaf net skimmer built around an extra deep 24 inch bag. It arrives as a finished assembly, frame and bag together, ready to fit a standard telescopic pole.

Why the deep bag

A shallow net fills in two scoops and starts dumping leaves back into the water every time you lift and turn. The deep bag holds the load, which means fewer trips to the bin and far less of the leaf drop ending up back in the pool during autumn.

Rebuild instead of replace

Nets wear at the bag and at the lip that drags along the floor and walls. Piranha sells both a deep replacement bag and a replacement outer lip on their own, so when this one wears out the frame can stay in service.

Does it come with a pole?
No. This is the net and bag as a complete assembly. It mounts to a standard telescopic pool pole, which is bought separately.
How deep is the bag?
24 inches, the extra deep style bag. It carries more in one scoop than a standard net.
Can I replace just the bag later?
Yes. Piranha lists a deep replacement bag and a replacement outer lip as separate parts, so the frame can be rebuilt.
Is this for leaves on the surface or on the floor?
Both. The deep bag suits floating leaves during a heavy drop and also scooping settled debris off the floor before you vacuum.
