Does the electrode come with it?
No. This is the clear housing body only. The electrode assembly is separate.
Does it include the o-ring?
No. The electrode o-ring for the clear cell housing is a separate part.
Why replace the housing?
A cell body that has cracked, crazed or clouded over is no longer safe to run under pressure and no longer lets you see the plates, which is the point of the clear body.
