The Jandy R0461800 is the half union and drain cap set used on the Jandy CV and DEV filters and their relatives. It is sold as a set of three unions, so every connection on the filter can be refreshed in one go.

Fit

The kit fits the CV340, CV460 and CV580, the CL340, CL460 and CL580, the CS150, CS200 and CS250, the CJ200 and CJ250, the DEV48 and DEV60 and the DEL48 and DEL60. The union size is 2 in. by 2-1/2 in.

When to order it

Cracked union nuts, tailpieces that will not seal and o-rings that have gone flat are the usual reasons. Because it is the filter side of the union, the pipe side can stay glued in place.
