Product details
The Raypak 014923F is the printed circuit board for the 106A IID heater. It is the genuine Raypak part, the same board fitted at the factory.
What the board does
On an intermittent ignition heater the PC board is the brain. It reads the thermostat call, checks the safety circuit, sequences the ignition attempt, and shuts everything down if a limit or sensor reports a problem. When it fails the heater usually does nothing at all, or it locks out the moment it tries to fire.
Before you order
Raypak used more than one board part number across the 106A range, so read the model and part number on the heater rating plate and confirm 014923F rather than ordering from the model number alone. It is also worth ruling out gas supply, the pressure switch and the sensors first, since those faults present the same way from outside the cabinet.
