Product details

The Swimline HydroTools 8050 is a small skimmer net with a 9 in. by 9 in. head and a 12 in. aluminum handle, sized for spas and small pools.

What it does

The net scoops small amounts of debris off the surface of the water, and its compact size makes it easy to handle for lighter cleaning jobs. The handle is fixed at 12 in. and does not connect to a telescoping pool pole, so it is meant to be used on its own rather than as a pole attachment.

Where to use it

The 9 in. by 9 in. head is an ideal size for spas and works well on smaller pools, and its small, easy to handle build makes it a fine tool to hand off to kids for light skimming. A larger inground pool is better served by a full length pole net that reaches across the water.
