The Stinger LN4040 is a 12 in. mini leaf rake with a sand bag, built for spas, fountains and ponds and for the tight spots a full size rake cannot reach.
Sand bag, not standard bag
The bag is the difference. A standard net bag is coarse and made for leaves; a sand bag uses a much finer mesh and captures silt, pollen and the small particles that otherwise settle back to the bottom the moment the water calms. On a spa, where the debris is mostly fine, that is the bag that actually clears the water.
Size and handling
At 12 in. it is maneuverable, which is the point. It works into corners, around steps and along the seats of a spa where a full size rake simply will not go. The bag is removable, so it can be replaced on its own when it wears.
Poles
It fits full size Stinger poles and standard pool poles, so it can go on the pole already at the pool.
