Quick overview
- Oreq part RP770 The EZ Touch V-spring clip as supplied by Oreq.
- Four tab pattern Built with four tabs rather than the two tab style.
- V-spring design The V shape springs outward so the tabs seat in the holes of the pole.
- Small part, common failure Spring clips lose tension or snap, and the tool head then pulls off the pole.
- Inexpensive fix Replacing the clip is far cheaper than replacing the pole or the brush.
- Check the tab count Two tab and four tab clips are not interchangeable, so count the tabs on the old one.

Product details
Oreq RP770 is the EZ Touch V-spring clip in the four tab pattern.
How it works
A V-spring clip sits inside the end of a tube and pushes outward, so its tabs stand proud through the matching holes and lock the joint. Press the tabs in and the parts separate. When the spring loses tension or a tab breaks, the joint no longer holds and the head comes loose in use.
Before you order
Clips of this style are made with different tab counts and spacings. This one has four tabs. Take the old clip out and count the tabs before ordering so the replacement seats in the same holes.
