Product details

The Oreq BR4128G is the 28 inch Animal brush with grit bristles, built for pebble and aggregate pool surfaces.

Why grit bristles

Rough finishes give bristles very little to push against. A soft nylon brush rides over the high points of a pebble surface and leaves the algae and film sitting in the low spots. Grit loaded bristles have the stiffness and the bite to reach into that texture, which is what makes the difference on a pebble or exposed aggregate pool.

Width and shape

At 28 inches this is a full width head, so a large floor or a long wall takes fewer passes. The curved body keeps more of the bristle row in contact through a cove or up a wall, rather than pivoting onto one corner of the head.

Choosing within the range

The Animal brushes come in different bristle types for different finishes. This is the grit version for rough surfaces. On smoother plaster, the plaster bristle version is the one to reach for.
