Quick overview

  • Professional model This is the Tuff Duty version of the SuperRake Leaf Chaser, built for daily service route use.
  • 40 inches wide A wide mouth clears a full pool in far fewer passes than a standard net.
  • Replaceable net The net can be changed rather than throwing the whole rake away.
  • Replaceable rim The rim is a serviceable part too, so a bent frame does not end the rake.
  • Built to be rebuilt A renew kit is offered for this model, which is why service techs keep them running for years.
  • Purity Pool Made by the company that specializes in professional pool nets and rakes.

Product details

The Purity Pool SuperRake Leaf Chaser is a 40 inch wide leaf rake, and this is the Tuff Duty model, the professional version of the design.

Why width matters

A 40 inch mouth changes how leaf removal feels. Where a standard net asks for pass after pass across the same water, a rake this wide sweeps the surface and the floor in long runs, which is the difference between a five minute job and a twenty minute one on a pool under trees.

Built to be rebuilt

Both the net and the rim are replaceable. That is the point of the Tuff Duty build: when the mesh finally gives out or the frame takes a knock, you renew the parts instead of buying another rake. It is the reason these turn up on service trucks season after season.

Questions and answers

What people ask about this product, answered by our pool techs.

What is the difference between Tuff Duty and the standard rake?
Tuff Duty is the professional grade version of the SuperRake Leaf Chaser, built for the wear a service route puts on a net.
Can I replace the net when it wears out?
Yes. The net and the rim are both replaceable, and a renew kit is sold for this model.
How wide is it?
40 inches across the mouth.
Does a pole come with it?
The rake is listed as the net itself. Plan on using your existing pool pole unless the listing states otherwise.
