Product details

The Skimlite SS10 is a DuraPro series pocket leaf rake with a 10 inch net, built on a plated spring steel frame for scooping leaves and debris from the pool surface.

Frame and net

The frame is made from pure, original plated spring steel that is designed to resist rust, corrosion and breakage under normal use. The net is adhered to the frame using a patented method, and the frame is wrapped in a protective vinyl tubing. That tubing takes the wear from repeated contact with the pool wall and steps, and it can be replaced on its own once it wears through, without replacing the entire net.

Where it fits in the DuraPro lineup

The SS10 uses a rake style frame with a 10 inch pocket, sized between the square pocket nets in the same series, the 4 inch SS4 and the 8 inch SS8, and the larger 16 inch SS16 and SS88 rakes. The rake style shape and pocket depth make it suited to pulling leaves and larger debris off the bottom and along the walls of a pool.
