The Oreq LN4120 is a 15 inch Animal leaf rake fitted with a sand bag and built on an Alumathick frame.

The frame is the point

Pool rakes almost never fail at the netting. They fail at the frame, which gets levered against steps, walls and drains until it bends or cracks. The Animal line is built around a heavier walled aluminum frame for exactly that reason, and it is why these rakes turn up on service trucks rather than in the back of a garage.

Size and bag

At 15 inches this is one of the narrower rakes, which makes it easier to work into corners, around steps and along a wall than a full width net. The bag is deep, which is what lets you lift settled debris off the floor in one pass instead of pushing it around.

Worth knowing
