The PoolTux BB1220 is an Ultra Premium solid winter cover for a 12'x20' oval above ground pool. The cover itself is cut to 16'x24', which is a 4 ft overlap once the cover is pulled down over the top rail.
What Ultra Premium means here
The scrim, the woven layer that carries the load, is a commercial grade 14 by 14 count, and the coating over it is the heaviest offered on this cover line. The material is UV inhibited to resist sun damage, with a black underside that keeps algae from getting a start under the cover.
Edge and hardware
A polypropylene cord is sewn into a double stitched hem, and the edges are fully bound with commercial grade material and thread. Non rusting aluminum grommets are set every three feet, and a non rusting deluxe aluminum cable winch with a vinyl coated steel lock down cable ships in the box, along with the warranty card.
