Product details

The AquaStar SMUS101 is a 5 in. umbrella stand in white, supplied with a decorative sleeve and center cap. It gives a gunite pool a built-in socket for an umbrella, a volleyball pole or a tiki torch, and it is molded from an engineered, UV-resistant ABS polymer.

Where it goes

The stand can be installed in the pool floor, on a step, or in the deck. It accepts poles under 1.675 in. in diameter, so check the pole size of the umbrella, net or torch you plan to use.

Installation

The stand is set into a hole in the gunite and the pool finish is applied over it. Once the finish is on, the decorative sleeve and center cap are installed. Because it is finished in with the plaster, plan for it at the gunite stage. An integrated water stop helps reduce leaks.

Can I add this to a pool that is already finished?
