Product details

The Jandy R0453600 is the polymer front header replacement kit, with hardware and gaskets, for Jandy LXi Low NOx pool heaters.

What it does

The front header is the water manifold that bolts to the front of the heat exchanger and carries the water inlet and outlet connections. This kit replaces that header along with the mounting hardware and gaskets needed to reinstall it, so a technician does not need to source those pieces separately.

Fit and compatibility

It is built for the LXi Low NOx heater in the Jandy Pro Series line. Zodiac and Jandy both list this header under the same part number, R0453600, and the kit is a polymer replacement for the original header.
