The Gecko 91694251 is the replacement impeller for 2.5 HP XP2 pumps. Aqua-Flo pumps are part of the Gecko Alliance line, which is why the part carries the Gecko name and an Aqua-Flo fitment.
Matched to horsepower
An impeller is not a universal part. Its diameter and vane profile are cut to suit a particular motor rating, and fitting the wrong one either starves the pump or loads the motor. This is the 2.5 HP piece, so confirm the rating on the motor plate rather than going by the pump body alone.
Doing the job once
The impeller threads onto the motor shaft, and the mechanical seal sits directly behind it. Since the seal comes apart during removal, most techs fit a new seal and volute o-ring at the same time and get the whole wet end back to service condition in a single strip down.
