Product details

The Jandy R0480100 is the debris trap basket for Jandy FloPro pumps in the FHPM and FHP series, including the VS FloPro variable speed models. It sits in the strainer pot ahead of the impeller and catches leaves, twigs and anything else that makes it past the skimmer.

Dimensions

The basket is 9-9/16 in. tall. The top rim measures 5-7/16 in. outside and 4-9/16 in. inside, and the bottom is 4-7/16 in. across. Compare against your old basket before ordering.

Replacement

Shut the pump off, open the lid, lift the old basket out and set the new one in place. Make sure it seats fully so the lid closes without pressing on the rim, which is the usual cause of a cracked basket.
