Product details

The Jandy R0442500 is the o-ring for the bulkhead assembly outlet tube on DEL48 and DEL60 DE filters. It measures 2-1/8 in. inside diameter with a 3/32 in. cross section and is the genuine Jandy part.

When to replace it

Any time the outlet tube or manifold comes out of the bulkhead, fit a new o-ring. It is a small part and a leak at the outlet tube is a nuisance out of proportion to its cost. Lubricate it lightly with a silicone based o-ring lube before reassembly.

The tank body o-ring, the breather tube kit and the manifold assembly for the DEL series are listed separately.

What size is this o-ring?

Where does it go?
On the outlet tube of the bulkhead assembly in a Jandy DEL48 or DEL60 DE filter.
Should I lubricate it?
Yes. A light coat of silicone based o-ring lubricant helps it seat and extends its life. Do not use petroleum based grease.
Is this the tank o-ring?
No. The large tank body o-ring is a different part. This is the small o-ring on the bulkhead outlet tube.
