Product details

R0555100 is the outlet tube and elbow assembly, supplied with o-rings, for the Jandy CV, CL, DEV and DEL series pool filters. The same part is published under the Zodiac name with the same number.

What it does

The outlet tube and elbow form the path filtered water takes on its way out of the tank and back to the return plumbing. The o-rings on that path are what keep unfiltered water from taking a shortcut around the cartridges or grids.

Symptoms of a failed assembly

When the tube cracks or the o-rings harden, water bypasses the element. On a DE filter that shows up as powder returning to the pool, and on a cartridge filter as dirt that never quite clears no matter how recently the elements were washed.

Fitment

It covers the CV340, CV460 and CV580, the CL340, CL460 and CL580, the DEV48 and DEV60, and the DEL48 and DEL60.
