Product details

This is the Jandy bulkhead assembly with O-ring, part R0358200, for Jandy DEL series DE filters. It covers the DEL48 and DEL60 models.

What it is

The bulkhead is the fitting that carries water through the wall of the filter tank, and the O-ring is what keeps that pass through dry. It is supplied here as a complete assembly with the O-ring, so there is no hunting for the matching seal separately.

Chasing a leak

When a DE filter weeps at the pipe connection rather than at the clamp or the manifold, the bulkhead is the usual cause. Rule out the unions and the tank clamp first, then look at the bulkhead seal.
