The Intermatic T40004RT3 is a pool and spa load center that arrives with the work already done inside. The time switch, the transformer and the components needed to finish the installation are mounted in the enclosure, which is why panels in the T40000RT series are the usual choice when an equipment pad needs control and low voltage power in one place.
What is inside
A T104M time switch mechanism handles the scheduling. The transformer is rated at 300 watts, drawing 120 VAC at 3 amps on a 60 Hz supply and offering 12 V, 13 V and 14 V on the output side, which is the range low voltage pool, spa and landscape fixtures expect. Eight breaker spaces give the pump, the blower and the lighting circuits somewhere to land.
