The Intermatic T104R3 is a 24 hour mechanical time switch with DPST contacts, rated 208-277V and supplied in a Type 3R metal enclosure. It is the heavy duty clock in the Intermatic mechanical line, built for commercial, industrial and residential work.
What it will run
Typical loads are booster pumps, lighting, hydro chlorinators, fans, air conditioning, music and signal systems and heat pumps. The motor load ratings are the highest in the industry, which is why this clock ends up on equipment other timers will not hold.
Setting it up
The dial gives up to 12 ON/OFF operations each day, with a minimum ON or OFF time of one hour, and one ON tripper and one OFF tripper come in the box for a single daily cycle. Teeter type terminals let you land more than one load on a terminal, which saves splicing when a clock has to switch two things together.
Enclosure
The Type 3R metal case is rated for outdoor mounting, so it can go on the pad next to the equipment rather than needing an indoor wall.
