The Intermatic P1403ME is a 24 hour programmable electronic controller for 1 or 2 speed pool pumps, supplied as the mechanism only. It carries four circuits in total: the pump control plus an additional circuit for auxiliary equipment.

Seasonal adjust lengthens the run through the peak swimming months and shortens it as the season turns, which keeps the water right and keeps the power bill from carrying summer hours into winter.
