Product details

The PoolTux Emperor BT1220 is an 8 mil solid winter cover made to fit 12x20 ft oval above ground pools, with a 17x25 ft cover size and a 20 year limited warranty.

What it does

The cover seals off an oval above ground pool for winter, keeping out leaves, debris and sunlight over the off season. It is built from black on tan triple laminated polyethylene, 8 mil thick, with heat sealed seams for added strength.

Fit and coverage

Sized for a 12x20 ft oval pool, the cover itself measures 17x25 ft, giving a 5 ft overlap around the pool so the edges reach past the pool wall for a secure fit.

Construction and hardware

A polypropylene cord is sewn into the edge for reinforcement, and aluminum grommets are spaced every 3 feet around the perimeter. The cover ships with a deluxe aluminum cable winch and a vinyl coated steel lock-down cable, along with a warranty card.
