Product details

This tan King99 panel fits a 16 x 32 ft rectangular pool with the step in the middle of one long side. The cover itself is 18 x 34 ft, cut a foot larger on each side so the edge lands on the deck where the anchors go, and the step section is 8 ft wide by 4 ft back at the water line.

  • Tan mesh, self draining, so rain and snowmelt reach the pool instead of the fabric.
  • Straps on a 5 ft grid, each one under a Tension-Tech spring that holds the tension.
  • Flush mount brass anchors and collars, which do not corrode and adjust with a hex key.
  • Chafing strips along the edge protect the webbing and the coping from each other.
  • Packed with the installation rod, tamping tool and a storage bag for the summer.

Nothing here has to be bought separately to get the cover on the pool. The anchors tamp level into concrete or paver decking, the rod hooks each spring so you can stretch the strap without fighting it, and the springs go on doing the work afterward as the fabric loosens and tightens with the weather. A tighter install is also a stronger one, since tension is what lets the cover carry a load. Deck has to run all the way around the pool for any of it to hold. The warranty is 20 years limited, 5 full.

What hardware comes with the cover?
Enough to install it: flush mount brass anchors with their collars, commercial grade stainless steel springs for the straps, a rod for hooking the springs during the install, a tamping tool for driving the anchors level with the deck, and a bag for storing the cover through the swim season.
What size pool does this fit?
A 16 x 32 ft rectangle with a center step. The panel is 18 x 34 ft, one foot larger on each side, which is the overlap that reaches the deck.
What size step will this cover?
A step up to 8 ft wide and 4 ft back at the water line, which is how the step section on this panel is cut. Measure your own step at the water line on both axes. Anything larger is outside what this cover is made to sit over.
How do the anchors fit into a concrete deck?
They drop into a drilled hole and tamp down until the top sits flush with the surface, so there is nothing to trip over once the cover is off. A hex key raises them when it is time to hook the springs and lowers them again in spring.
