This Royal panel fits a 20 x 40 ft rectangular inground pool with the step centered on one end. The cover measures 22 x 42 ft, which is the pool size plus the overlap that reaches the deck and takes the anchors. The step section is 8 ft wide and 4 ft back from the pool at the water line, so measure your own step along the wall and out into the water before ordering.
