This Royal cover suits a 16 x 36 ft rectangular inground pool with the step built into the right side. The panel measures 18 x 38 ft, so a foot of fabric lands on the deck on each side and at each end. The step section is 8 ft wide and reaches 4 ft back from the pool at the water line, and it is sewn in one place, so the side it sits on is part of ordering the right cover.

Drainage is a tested property, not a sales line.
