This King99 panel is ordered for a 16 x 32 ft rectangular inground pool with no step to work around. The fabric measures 18 x 34 ft, so a foot of material reaches the deck at every edge once the straps pull down onto the anchors. Mesh is the lighter of the two fabrics PoolTux builds safety covers from, which tells on the day the cover goes on and comes off again.

Because this is mesh, no cover pump is needed: water goes into the pool rather than onto the panel, and the level climbs over the winter, so check it before opening. On the safety side, ASTM F1346 loads a panel on a pool wider than 8 ft with 485 lb, applied as 210, 225 and 50 lb over a square foot each inside a 3 ft radius, and asks for standing water to clear within 30 minutes of rain stopping.
