This King99 panel fits an 18 x 36 ft rectangular pool with the step on the right side. The fabric measures 20 x 38 ft, which looks oversized until you understand what the margin is for: a foot on each side that lies on the deck and carries the straps down to their anchors. The step area is 8 ft wide and 4 ft back at the water line.

• Blue mesh that drains through, so nothing ponds on the surface and no pump is needed.
• Straps every 5 ft in both directions, each one tensioned by a stainless steel spring.
• Flush mount brass anchors tamp level into concrete or paver decking and raise with a hex key.
• Ultraviolet light is mostly stopped at the weave, which shortens the work at spring opening.

Because a safety cover anchors rather than floats, the deck is part of the product. It needs to run around all four sides of the pool with enough width for an anchor a short distance back from the edge. A side that runs into lawn, a raised planter or a retaining wall has no anchor point and needs a plan of its own before the cover goes on.
