The Solaxx C114199G is the replacement salt cell for the Saltron Reliant chlorine generator, rated for pools up to 15,000 gallons. It produces 14.2 grams of chlorine per hour, or 0.75 pounds over a full day of run time.

Cells are consumables

The electrode plates inside a salt cell wear as they work, and every cell eventually stops converting salt into chlorine no matter how well the system is maintained. When salt level, stabilizer and pH all read correctly and the pool still will not hold a residual, the cell is the part to change.

Match the rating to the pool

This cell is the 15,000 gallon version. Running a cell under its rated volume shortens its life, because it has to run longer hours to keep the pool sanitized. Check your actual water volume before ordering, and note that this is the cell alone, for a Saltron Reliant that already has its control unit.
