⌄The Century B130 is a full rate 2 HP pool pump replacement motor in a 56J frame with a threaded shaft, wired for 230V and carrying a 1.2 service factor. It is the direct replacement for a worn out motor of the same frame, horsepower and voltage.
Century, formerly A.O. Smith
Century is a Regal brand and is the same motor line pool techs knew under the A.O. Smith name. It covers NEMA 48 and 56 frame motors for in-ground pools, above ground pools, spas, cleaners and jetted tubs.
Not for California
The B130 is not for sale or installation in the state of California. For California pools, Century's CEC compliant V-Green EVO variable speed models (EVC130, EVC165, EVC225, EVQ130, EVQ165 and EVQ225) are the replacement.
