Product details

The Polaris R0632000 is the complete motor block for the P825 robotic pool cleaner. It is the genuine Zodiac built OEM part and comes as a full assembly rather than as loose motor components.

What the motor block does

In a robotic cleaner the motor block is the machine. It drives the tracks or wheels and pulls water through the filter. When it fails the cleaner either sits still in the pool, moves without pumping, or runs for a few seconds and stops.

Diagnose before you order

The same symptoms come from the power supply and the floating cable, both of which are cheaper to test and to replace. Confirm the supply is delivering power and the cable is intact and correctly seated before you settle on the motor block as the cause.

Fitting

Because it arrives as a complete unit there is no rebuilding of a sealed motor. The old block comes out and the new one goes in.

My P825 will not move at all. Is this the fix?
It can be, but check the power supply, the cable and the connections first. A dead power supply looks identical to a dead motor from outside the cleaner.
