The Paramount 004-402-0010-00 is the replacement flow switch for the Clear O3 system. It is the genuine Paramount part.
What it does
An ozone or UV sanitizer only works while water is passing through it, and running one dry is how they get damaged. The flow switch is the interlock that proves flow. When the pump runs and water moves, the switch closes and the system is allowed to fire. When flow stops, so does the system.
The symptom
A dead flow switch never confirms flow, so the unit stays off even though the pump is clearly running and the plumbing is full. Before condemning a controller or a lamp, check the switch.
