The Paramount Paralevel is a complete automatic water leveler for pools and spas, part number 004760290201. It watches the water level continuously and tops the pool back up before it drops far enough to matter.

Smart Sensing

Most levelers react to whatever the float feels, which includes waves from wind and swimmers. Paralevel uses Smart Sensing instead, so it ignores water sloshing in the pool and responds only to the true resting level. That keeps it from adding water it does not need.

Setting the level

Manual adjustment is handled by the Posi-click. One full turn equals 1/4 in. (6 mm) of water level, so raising or lowering the target height is a matter of counting clicks rather than trial and error.

Why it is worth having

Evaporation pulls a pool down steadily through the season, and a level that falls below the skimmer throat starves the pump. Keeping the water where it belongs protects the equipment pad and keeps skimming working the way it was designed to.
