Product details

The Paramount 006422001000 is the Ultra UV2 and Clear O3 system in its 120V, two lamp configuration. It brings ultraviolet and ozone treatment together in a single unit at the equipment pad.

How a combined system works

Water is treated as it passes through, not in the pool itself, so every turnover of the pump sends the whole body of water through the unit. UV and ozone are both secondary sanitizers: they support the chemistry you already run rather than replacing it, and you continue to keep a sanitizer residual in the pool.
