Product details

The Nature2 Professional G vessel, part W25904, is the housing for a mineral sanitizing system on inground pools of 25,000 to 45,000 gallons. It is supplied as the vessel only, so the mineral cartridge is a separate purchase.

How the system works

The vessel is plumbed into the pool circulation loop and water passes through it on every cycle. Elemental minerals released by the cartridge handle the bulk of the sanitizing, and the pool then needs only a small chlorine residual to finish the job. Controlled Release Technology keeps the mineral level steady rather than dumping it all at once, which is what prevents staining.

Sizing and run time

The vessel is rated for a circulation flow rate of 25 to 120 GPM, with 10 to 18 GPM passing through the cartridge itself on an internal bypass. Nature2 calls for a minimum of six hours of daily run time to move the whole pool volume through. Cartridge life is six months, so plan on two changes per season on a year round pool.
