Product details

The CMP R0991000 is the ozone tubing kit for DEL AOP advanced sanitizer systems. It replaces the tubing that carries ozone through the unit.

Why the tubing matters

An ozone based sanitizer only works if the gas gets where it is supposed to go at the rate the system expects. The tubing sets that flow path. Ozone is hard on materials, so the tubing gradually stiffens and can split or restrict, and the whole system quietly loses effectiveness before anything obvious fails.

Replacing it

The kit is supplied as a set rather than as bulk tube, so the pieces match the system instead of being cut to guess. Shut the equipment down before working on it, and inspect the fittings at the same time.
