Product details

The Jandy 2888 is the energy filter with its pressure gauge, part of the Ray-Vac pro series. It is built as a direct replacement for a worn out or broken unit.

What it is

The filter bowl and element catch debris before it reaches the rest of the system, and the pressure gauge sits on top of the unit where you can read it without bending over the pad. Watching that gauge is how you know when the element needs attention.

Serviceable

The gauge threads in, so it can be swapped on its own if it fogs or sticks. Jandy also sells the element kit, the bowl with its o-ring and an o-ring kit separately, which means a unit that is otherwise sound can be rebuilt rather than replaced.
