The Poolmaster PS080 is a jumbo easy-read thermometer for pools and spas. The face carries dual temperature scales at a size you can actually read standing on the deck, behind a shatter resistant lens.
Two ways to use it
The snap-on float is removable. Leave it on and the thermometer rides on the surface; take it off and the same unit hangs from its polyethylene cord as a submersible reading, which is useful when you want the temperature below the sun warmed top few inches. The cord also gives you something to tie off at the ladder or skimmer so the thermometer does not end up in the far corner of the pool.
