The AquaStar SKWD103 is a Flow Star weir plate assembly in light gray, supplied with two weir clip locks. It is listed for standard skimmers and for vinyl and fiberglass pool skimmers.
What the weir does
The weir is the hinged plate at the skimmer mouth. It floats up against the incoming flow so water is pulled off in a thin, fast moving layer right at the surface. That is what carries leaves, pollen and oils into the basket rather than letting them drift back out and sink.
Complete with clips
Both weir clip locks come in the package, so a broken or missing weir goes back together in one order rather than two.
