Matching the motor to the pump
Three things have to line up: the flange, the horsepower rating and the voltage. This is the square flange version, so it will not bolt to a pump built for a round flange. The 3/4 HP up-rate label is what to compare against the plate on your existing motor, since an up-rate and a full rate motor of the same nominal horsepower are not the same machine.
