Polaris Genuine OEM 3900 Sport Rebuild Kit

The Polaris R0543200 is the genuine tune-up kit for the 3900 Sport and P39 pressure cleaners. It replaces every moving part in the cleaner head in one go, and it arrives preassembled, so the job is about eleven screws rather than a rebuild.

What is in the kit

A new bottom housing with the gear box assembly, chain, chain tensioner, chain guard, two wheel sprockets with bearings, front and rear axle blocks, a single side wheel, wheel spacers, bumper and vac tube feed pipe already fitted. The feed hose connector o-ring, wheel lock screw and all the 10-32 mounting screws are included.

Why it is more than a parts bag

Several components are redesigned versions of the originals: the feed pipe, chain tensioner, gear box, bottom housing and side wheel have all been updated for ruggedness and durability over the parts in older 3900 Sport cleaners, and the kit includes the newer style chain guard introduced in 2012. The result is a drivetrain that is more reliable than the one it replaces.

Not included

Tires, the debris bag, the sweep hose and the head float are separate parts.
