Why it matters

A Legend cleans by driving a set pattern across the pool. When an axle snaps or seizes, the wheel stops turning and the cleaner drags instead of driving, missing whole sections of floor. While the wheel is off, look at the bearings and the wheel screw as well: they sit in the same assembly and wear at much the same rate, so replacing them together avoids a second teardown.
