The EB15 is the sweep hose attachment clamp used across the Letro Legend line of Pentair pressure side pool cleaners. It is the genuine part, molded in plastic like the original.
Where it fits
Letro lists this clamp for the 3 wheel and 4 wheel Legend, the Legend Platinum LL105PM, the Legend II LX2000 and the LX5000G, and the Legend LL505G. It is one of the parts that shows up in nearly every Legend tune up.
Why it matters
The sweep hose is the tail that whips behind the cleaner and scours the places the head cannot reach, mainly steps, corners and the waterline. The clamp is what holds that hose at its attachment point. Once the clamp cracks or loses its grip, the tail drops away, and owners usually notice it as corners and steps quietly going dirty while the rest of the pool still looks fine.
