The Pentair 360343 is the genuine communication cable for the Prowler 910 robotic pool cleaner. It is the tether between the robot and its power supply, carrying power down to the cleaner and status back up.
When to replace it
The cable is the most exposed part of a robotic cleaner. It twists as the robot turns, drags over the coping and sits in the sun between cycles. When a conductor breaks inside, the Prowler will not start, stops partway through a cycle, or only runs when the cable is held at a certain angle. Cuts, kinks or a swollen jacket confirm the diagnosis.
Replacing the cable with the OEM part returns the cleaner to service at a fraction of the cost of a new robot. The cable is sold on its own; the power supply is separate.
