The Century QC1072 is a full rated 3/4 HP pool pump motor on the 48Y frame, running at 3450 rpm on 115V or 230V single phase.

Reading the nameplate

Full rated matters. The output is 0.56 kW, a genuine 3/4 HP, with a 1.65 service factor on top rather than horsepower borrowed from the service factor to make a bigger number on the label. Current is 6.3 A at 230V and 12.6 A at 115V, the enclosure is open drip proof, thermal protection is automatic, insulation is class B and the duty rating is continuous to 50 C ambient.
