⌄The Century QC1102 is a full rated 1 HP, two-compartment pool and filter motor: 3450 RPM, 115/208-230 V, 48Y frame, square flange, threaded shaft. It is the replacement motor for Sta-Rite Dura-Glas II and Max-E-Glas II pumps, models P4R, P4RA, P4E and P4EA.
Matching the old motor
Full rated means the nameplate 1 HP is real, with the service factor on top. If the motor coming off is a full rated 1 HP with a square flange and threaded shaft, this is the like for like swap. The dual voltage windings run on 115 V or 208-230 V single phase, set by the connection on the motor.
California
The QC1102 is not compliant with California Title 20, Section 1605.3(g)6, the energy efficiency rule for pool pumps and replacement motors. It cannot be sold or installed in California and we do not ship it there. Century's compliant V-Green EVO variable speed motors, EVC130, EVC165, EVC225, EVQ130, EVQ165 and EVQ225, are the alternative for California pools.
