Raypak 008091F is the 125 psi pressure relief valve for Raypak pool heaters. It is the genuine Raypak part.
Why the relief valve matters
A heater is a closed vessel with a burner under it. If a valve gets closed, a pump stops or the filter blocks while the heater is firing, pressure climbs fast. The relief valve is the mechanical backstop that opens and dumps that pressure before anything splits. It is the one part on a heater that nobody should leave in doubtful condition.

When to replace it
Any relief valve that has lifted, weeps at the outlet or has been sitting corroded should be replaced rather than adjusted. Fit the new valve, then look for the cause of the overpressure so it does not happen again.
