Raypak 800080B is the genuine 2 inch flange gasket used at the header flange connection on Raypak pool heaters. Raypak lists it with the RP2100 family, models R185A through R405A from 1993 to 1998.
Where it goes
The gasket sits between the heater header flange and the mating plumbing flange, and the bolts clamp it. It is the only thing standing between heated pool water and the inside of the heater cabinet, so a gasket that has hardened will weep down the front of the heater and onto the pad.
