The Hayward W3LACUS11050 is a ColorLogic 320 LED accent light, a compact 1.5 inch fixture supplied with a 50 foot cord. It is color changing LED lighting made to add depth to a pool at night.

Accent, not main lighting

At 1.5 inches the fixture is small by design. It is meant to pick out steps, benches, walls and water features alongside the main pool lights, which is where a small, bright, saturated source does the most work. The long cord means the transformer or junction box can be positioned well back from the water rather than crowded at the pool edge.
