Pentair Kreepy Krauly Platinum Automatic Pool Cleaner

The Pentair Kreepy Krauly Platinum is a pressure side cleaner for inground pools, powered by a dedicated booster pump. It is built for pools that take a beating from leaves and landscaping debris: a large debris channel and wide intake throat pick up big leaves whole, and the debris bag keeps them out of your skimmer and filter.

Drive and coverage

Dual thrust jets give it the push to finish most pools in 1 to 3 hours. Front wheel drive and heavily treaded tires keep traction on slopes and walls, and the four wheel layout resists the tipping that three wheel cleaners are prone to, so it keeps running unattended. Pentair credits the light frame and tire design with four times the wall coverage of earlier designs.

Pools and finish

It works on concrete, vinyl lined and fiberglass pools and is recommended for lighter colored finishes. The head is gray on top and white underneath.
